Auctions are a reality, even in the Vail Valley, which many thought was forever insulated from market shifts felt throughout the rest of the country.

There has been a shift newly realized by every socio-economic level in our country due to the new state of the economy.  Simply put, there will be auctions here in the Vail Valley and people who will need to capitalize on this option and entrepraneurs who will be desirous of scooping up the great deal.
